mmcache -> eaccelerator

Hello,

php-mmcache is in fedora-extras now but it isn't maintained any more. A
new project eAccelerator, has forked mmcache and applied the patches
that existed. These patches handle the segfaults and make it php5
compatible. We are now at 0.9.2a, 0.9.0 is the same the latest
php-mmcache release.
Php-mmcache can be used for FC3 but it can't be used in FC4 because it
will use php5. I've packaged rpms for php-4.3.10 and php-5 from rawhide.
