New Package: git

Good :
- Pretty much everything, builds and runs fine :-)

Not so good :
- The summary could be better
- The optflags aren't used

Attached is a patch to fix these two points, as well as some cosmetic
things (why mix spaces and tabs on the same lines in the headers!?).

If you apply at least the optflags change and change the summary to
something a little more explicit which doesn't contain the name of the
package, consider it APPROVED ;-)
