Request for Review: xmlstartlet

to me xmlstarlet sounds a good candidate for Extras, the package seems
to build and work but I'm a bit annoyed by the name of the binary:
  /usr/bin/xml
I would really prefer /usr/bin/xmlstarlet, first because it would be
less likely to generate conflicts or troubles, second because the
man page actually use the "xmlstarlet" name.
If that renaming is done I would be okay to sponsor that package if needed.
