Would there be a need for branch specific comps.xml files since
fc3,fc4 and devel have different package collections available in
extras? Or is it fine to have one comps.xml file that includes
references to packages that aren't in a tree? Would a missing
mandatory group member screw up groupinstall commands?

Also would it make since for there to be an equivalent to the tag and
build request action packages have for the comps.xml, so that your
scripted pull gets only a version tagged for consumption instead of
some interim version thats being worked on?
