FETarget5 tracker bug

FC5 is still far away. But since some of the fixes for Fedora Extras 4
have been somewhat belated [with a very few not fixed yet], here's the
"FE5Target" tracker bug early:

Just like with the FE4Target tracker bug, it should track issues, which
users and/or developers would like to see fixed, for the next distribution
release at last. This includes things which affect the current release,
as well as persistent bugs and defects which are due to dependencies on
other packages [in Core or Extras] or on upstream work.
