Disclosure?  :)

This is a common "nodoc" patch that needs to be applied on a lot of 
python projects.  It's also because of distutils brittleness in trying 
to coax it to place things correctly.  There really should be a list 
for docs and lang, etc. so we can do some automatic stuff with it..

Oh well...
