Hi there,

I'd like to get trickle and libevent (which trickle depends upon) into
Extras:

- trickle:
        Upstream: http://monkey.org/~marius/trickle
        Spec File: http://tiptoe.de/dav/trickle.spec
        SRPM: http://tiptoe.de/dav/trickle-1.06-0.fc4.1.src.rpm
        Description:
trickle is a portable lightweight userspace bandwidth shaper. It
can run in collaborative mode (together with trickled) or in
        stand alone mode.

trickle works by taking advantage of the unix loader preloading.
Essentially it provides, to the application, a new version of
the functionality that is required to send and receive data
through sockets. It then limits traffic based on delaying the
sending and receiving of data over a socket. trickle runs
entirely in userspace and does not require root privileges.
- libevent:
        Upstream: http://monkey.org/~provos/libevent
        Spec File: http://tiptoe.de/dav/libevent.spec
        SRPM: http://tiptoe.de/dav/libevent-1.1a-0.fc4.1.src.rpm
        Description:
The libevent API provides a mechanism to execute a callback
function when a specific event occurs on a file descriptor or
after a timeout has been reached. Furthermore, libevent also
support callbacks due to signals or regular timeouts.
