New package: freetds

Hello all,

FreeTDS is an open-source implementation of Tabular Data Stream protocol
- the native protocol of Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase. The package
includes the freeTDS libraries, tsql command line utility (and couple of
other goodies) for acccessing MSSQL/Sybase and unixODBC library.
