Review: python-elementtree, python-kid, repoview

Hello, all:

I've successfully imported the following packages into the devel
branch (since I've not heard anything about not importing
python-elementtree there, I've put it with the others, since otherwise
it'd break builds).

Please review these when you have a chance. I think they should be satisfactory:

python-elementtree
python-kid
repoview
