removing file from the look-aside cache

Ok. I believe this is the best thing to do in most cases (though it should 
be documented).

In my case I want to really remove the files, as there is a licence issue 
that poped up after the review (this is my case with the cernlib). I guess 
the best thing is to put it in special requests at
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/CVSSyncNeeded
