Alexandria and Ruby

alexandria has a lot of deps.... the ruby-gnome stuff will take a lot
of effort to get packaged up in a reasonable manner. I started working
on a spec file to correctly seperate out all the subpackages but I
didn't finish and I have not submitted anything for review.
