I've attached a patch for your spec file to get it to build.  Looks like you
were missing  a few items:

- Add fortune-mod requirement.
- Install into %%prefix, instead of %%datadir.
- Add prep, install, and clean sections.
- Add buildroot.

I would also suggest maybe adding some documentation (a simple README) to the
package.  My changes should also get a closer look, since I just banged this out
real quick.
