few points real quick:
update-desktop-database &>/deb/null || : <- typo

doesent the build depend on arts like that? wine doesent need arts though to
work... ;)
just as an example... autodep tracking wont do the proper job in this case.
atleast not unless its split up ;).

.desktop menu entrys are missing for the wine programs that come with wine...
like uninstaller notepad etc... 

i thought dlldir=%{buildroot}%{_libdir}/wine \ <->
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_initrddir}/wine mixing of macro and var shouldnt be done
according to package policy?
