a problem in FC3

Hi there,

I have face a problem with FC 3. I canot understand
how can i slove it . actually when i open Network
configration & going to avtive net connection it shows
it 
is inactive . but when i am going to open any web page
it 
is open. 

                    can anyone tell me how i solve it?
