idea: make cvs-import.sh add entry to owner.list?

Can't you get that from ~/.plague-client.cfg, or alternate a special
cvs-import.cfg file?

Erm, the idea behind posting the idea and not a patch was that someone
else would hopefully do the work (someone better at shell scripts).
