Oh, having just looked at the activity and re-assigned the owner to it's 
original, but you're saying that "sink" was never the correct owner anyway?

I just did a bugzilla query on
	product=Fedora Extras
	version=devel
	component=Package Review
	bug_status=NEW

and the vast majority seem to be assigned to "sink"
