Install: libXxf86vm.ppc 0:1.0.0-2.2 - core

Installing libXxf86vm.ppc should require the install of libXext.ppc:

http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/devel/libXxf86vm/libXxf86vm.spec?rev=1.14&view=markup

For some reason this dependency is not being picked up on i386 and ppc
(and noarch since noarch uses ppc to build) arches under FC-5.
