ok sorry for this build fine now...
it runs but some issues:
1) after the first start it does not work; (rendering errors and does 
not quit; needs to be killed)
2)enabling FSAA give me this error on startup:

800x600 window (no FS/ no FSAA) =

System:
7800GTX w nvidia driver
FC5 x86_64
Opteron 170 @2x2.7GHz (overclocked)
2048MB Ram
