Where are extras debuginfo rpms?

They're added to the yum.repos.d dir, right - I hope they're not enabled
by default b/c that seems like such a waste of processing time and
bandwidth to parse those for probably 95% of the cases. b/c a lot of
folks never have to use debuginfo pkgs.
