Fedora Extras 5 Package Build Report

We just broke the "Extras packages should not obsolete or update
packages from Core" rule. liboil is in FC5, it never should have been
build or pushed for FE5.

Well, bad things happen. How to proceed? How to make sure something like
this does not happen again?
