cvs connection refused messages

Hi all,

This is _not_ related to the host key change.

When trying to connect to cvs I get:
[hans at shalem devel]$ cvs diff dumb.spec
ssh: connect to host cvs.fedora.redhat.com port 22: Connection refused
cvs [diff aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
[hans at shalem devel]$

Am I the only one? Ifso anyone care to help me debug this? My ip is 
jwrdegoede.dyndns.org
