Broken upgrade paths in FC+FE 2006-09-06

I will wait some time for
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=205351 to be fixed.
If this bug will not be fixed before Extras rebuild deadline, then I
will apply a workaround to the spec file.
