rpmlint incorrect-locale-sv message

This rpmlint error came up in the review of tuxpaint-stamps
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=204852):

E: tuxpaint-stamps incorrect-locale-sv /usr/share/locale/sw/LC_MESSAGES/tuxpaint-stamps.mo

I don't really know my locales very well, but Google seems to be
telling me that sv is Swedish, and sw is Swahili.  That file is
Swahili, which means the error is bogus, right?
