New comps group proposal: audio-production

Fedora Extras now contains a collection of applications geared towards
music and audio production. These packages have, for the most part,
migrated from PlanetCCRMA to Extras. I only learned about editing the
comps.xml file today, and noticed that the most applicable group is....

    <_name>Sound and Video</_name>
<_description>From CD recording to playing audio CDs and multimedia
files, \this package group allows you to work with sound and video on
the system.</_description>

I'd like to propose a new group for these new apps...

    <_name>Audio Production</_name>
<_description>This is a collection of applications and plugins
geared towards audio production and includes audio recorders, MIDI
sequencers and software synthesizers.</_description>

The initial list of packages for this group would be something like ...

      <packagereq type="optional">ardour</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">audacity</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">fluidsynth</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">fluidsynth-dssi</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">hexter-dssi</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">jack-audio-connection-kit</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">lash</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">qjackctl</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">qsynth</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">rosegarden4</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">seq24</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">soundtracker</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">sweep</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">swh-plugins</packagereq>
      <packagereq type="optional">zynaddsubfx</packagereq>
