And to possibly save you from another error, you'll either want to rm
the file from the buildroot in %install section or use %exclude in
%files.

%install
[...]
rm -f %{buildroot}/%{_libdir}/libdspam.so

Or:

%files
[...]
%exclude %{_libdir}/libdspam.so

If you just remove it from the file list and it is found in the
buildroot, rpm will complain about unpackaged files.
