that idea is hard to maintain the rule. as you are aware, even current rule is
outdated. maintaining it in the font packages with the accurate policy would
rather be better than centralized management. aside from that, it just reflects
your favorite someone may not likes. one could do modify it any time, but it
may breaks after updating or causes the unwanted file creation on the packaging
management system. applying the necessary rules with installing the package
would be easier and intuitive.
