2.4.4 release of Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada lohit font

Hi All,

Released today of lohit-malayala, lohit-tamil, lohit-telugu and
lohit-Kannada 2.4.4 Lohit fonts, see changelog for changes.

also added Makefile, so now instead of $./generate.pe
just $make will generate .ttf file for you
