Package Rename CVS Request

Old Package Name: sturmbahnfahrer
New Package Name: stormbaancoureur

Upstream has renamed the package because sturmXXXX has a bad ring to it in
europe (World War II related).

Other then changing the Name tag there are only very minor changes, so a CVS
module rename seems the best and easiest solution.
