HOWTO: Radeon 92xx (r2xx) users: double your framerate in Ultimate Stunts

So, if you are frustrated about Ultimate Stunts being chunky on your Radeon 
9200 or 9250, try these settings, which almost double the framerate on my 
Radeon 9200 SE (from around 7 to around 12 fps), making it tolerable:

#Maximum texture size
#value <= 4: no texture
texture_maxsize = 128

#Background texture size
#value <= 4: no background
background_size = 128

#Shadow map texture size
#value <= 4: no shadow
shadow_size = 64

#Reflection map texture size
#value <= 4: no reflection (NYI, use reflectiondist = 0.0 instead!)
reflection_size = 64
