try to unset _NET_SUPPORTING_WM_CHECK

Does this metacity patch make things work for you ?

Note that this is only a best-effort patch, it will only help if metacity is
shut down gracefully. If it is simply killed, it still leaves
_NET_SUPPORTING_WM_CHECK behind.
