terminal still not supporting rendering for complex script

check output in gedit by following command
1) LOCPATH=$PWD LC_ALL=ks_IN date > test
2) gedit test

or

1) LOCPATH=$PWD LC_ALL=ks_IN cal 2009 > test
2) gedit test

All Indic locale uses Latin digit
I haven't seen any other locale using local script digit's
see locale file /usr/share/i18n/locale/ar_IN for example

try same in gedit as suggested above

please download the updated ks_IN.tar.gz from same link
update Kashmiri_arabic_filled.odt as per your input, 
check that once
