This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10
development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.

putting "*" for xim would mean that _all_ locales would default to loading xim,
even en or de. That has been discussed (and rejected) upstream before, see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58201.
I don't think we should work around multilib deficiencies in this way.
