I'm not sure about this because it's the first time I use Fedora with US
keyboard.. all my others boxes have a brazilian ABNT2 keyboard, with works very
well with the Brazilian layout.
It would be more useful if the behaviour was like I described above in a new
"Brazilian US International Keyboard" likely layout, because here in Brazil we
don't use [¨] and [´] frequently, and it would seems more with Windows
behaviour, users could feel less strange on migrations, etc.
But I think it's a little off-topic, the real problem in Brazil is actually the
cedilla, not it.
