Apparently ibus package no longer ships /usr/bin/ibus. I don't know if it's
expected thing or unexpected. for workaround, update to
XIM_PROGRAM="/usr/bin/ibus-daemon" in /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/ibus.conf.
