I am reporting about the emacs crashes in vnc which have grouped with this
bugs: unfortunately the pre-testing package doesn't solve the issue. Emacs no
longer crashes under heavy scrolling with lost connection to the X server, but
rather it freezes and hangs forever and only kill -9 the process gets out of
it...
