Unfortunately, those features never got completed (mainly because Jacob
Rideout, who wanted to implement them, "vanished"). The Sonnet in KDE 4 is
mainly a port of KDE 3's KSpell2 with a slightly cleaned-up API. Features
beyond spellchecking may be added in a later 4.x release, but at the moment
they're just not there. :-( The algorithms which were supposed to be used
should be still there on developer blogs, but they haven't been implemented
in Sonnet.
