I have not seen this one but all of my systems are serial console only.

I filed this one a while back and it has since been fixed:
201047 – anaconda traceback: TypeError: cannot concatenate 'str' and
'NoneType' objects

All of my systems are headless.  It would be good for you to file a
bugzilla on this one with more details.
