[Fedora-ia64-list] [PATCH] set CONFIG_PNPACPI=y for ia64

This patch sets CONFIG_PNPACPI=y to fix booting on serial console on
ia64.  This is a new requirement in 2.6.17; 8250_acpi went away since
the acpi components were all added to PNP, thus allowing 8250_pnp to
take over that functionality.
