Hmmm .... this image seems to work fine on my systems.  John, could you 
try a few other things?  Could you expand the ISO, and copy the contents 
to an nfs-able mountpoint?

Then install from that mountpoint?

I'd like to know if this can be isolated to a DVD install ...
