[Fedora-ia64-list] updated build scripts

I have uploaded a new version of the builder scripts to:

These should do a much cleaner job of building.

Includes my own script to generate the buildorder file.  This makes use
of yum repos for x86_64 to determine what package supplies certain build
deps (i.e. can do things like figure out that 'perl(XML::Parser)' comes
from the srpm perl-XML-Parser).  It also allows you to override certain
package orders in the config file.

Cleaner logging of runs.

Some updates/clarifications in the README

options now controlled by a .config file instead of by editing the
script itself.

catches hung child processes.


I am away on vacation next week so I might not be checking email.
Hopefully some of you will have had a chance to try these out by the
time I get back.  Please give me feedback, my plan is to make this clean
and easy as possible.
