PCI: MSI quirk detected

Hi, all
     I am trying to install Fedora core 7 from the DVD, i have installed
from the same disk on Fresh (NEW) Dell PowerEdge 840 Server, and now i am
trying to install it on Fresh (NEW) Dell OptiPlex 320 and getting error
message which booting from the DVD in text/GUI mode
"PCI: MSI quirk detected. MSI deactivated"
    i tryied changing BIOS settings, but still getting same message
sometimes after 2,3 restart it gives different message
PCI" MSI quirk detected. MSI deactivated
Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = -297341451301 ns)
Time: hpet clocksource has been installed.

    and system halts on the same, what to do in this case to install Fedora
Core 7
