[fedora-india] Do those USB thingies from Idea Cellular work on Fedora (or, any Linux) ?

Ideally, we need it to work by just plugging it in. Fiddling with wvdial 
is sub-optimal. If you have the configuration details, please file a RFE 
against NetworkManager in http://bugzilla.redhat.com.
