Not at all. It is a valid question and demands an answer.

The LiveMedia in the current form isn't really crippled in terms of 
making its use as an introduction to Fedora for new users. The idea is 
to blend in the availability of the Fedora bits along with access to 
full media + repo from Ambassadors / Point of Contacts allowing a much 
more active contact set rather than the disjoint interactions.

We are already talking about Points of Contact receiving "Everything" repo.

An Everything DVD set can be done of course but the cost of production 
rises as does then the urgency to ensure that every single DVD is 
consumed post a n+1 release.

There is a point that comes into play over here. The invariant cost of 
creating the master and then doing a production run of a quantity that 
is optimal. So, for example, we can do a 200 unit run for Everything but 
then the production cost per unit rises. A rough calculation shows that 
anything less than 3000 is not a good thing to do
