[fedora-india] persistent error on GLUG mirror

I keep getting this when i run yum commands:
ftp://fedora.glug-nith.org/linux/development/i386/os/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (-2, 'Name or service not known')>
Trying other mirror.

Debarshi, is this an error on the mirror end? Or am I screwing up?
