Private builds in koji

To be perfectly honest, I'd rather people use the SuSE open build system 
for right now.  We have some major buildsystem improvements coming as 
soon as we can find space but storage and backups for us are 
non-existent right now.  Having said that though I'm not saying "no 
don't do that" especially if it benefits Fedora in some way.
