Change Freeze!!

Beware the ides of April!  Today is important for more then just US
taxpayers!  Its change freeze time!  Sit back, relax and don't change
anything!

If you have to change something (non emergency) come here first and get
permission.  Explain why this change is important enough that it can't
wait until after F9 ships.  Anyone in sysadmin-main can give permission
but you can't give permission to yourself.
