The issue is not postfix.  the issue is mailman setting the replyto wrong.  
Even when i explicitly set the reply to correctly on the secondary arch list 
it is still wrong.

im pretty sure it only works  because lists.fedorahosted.org and 
fedorahosted.org are on the same box.
