Hi all, 

Please summarize and re-post the meat of all prior Fedora Legacy
discussions and proposals here, so there is less noise for readers to
sort through to find the signal.

Exception:
Please discuss more general Fedora topics like the recent %{release} tag
naming scheme on fedora-devel-list, because it effects the entire
project and not just Legacy.  Please do not cross-post.
