You need to update the rsync listing for the site, as the current listing
is wrong.
currently listed as:
RSYNC: rsync://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/mirror/fedoralegacy.org/
It should be:
RSYNC: rsync://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/fedoralegacy
