Hehe, I won't try to argue that bugzilla is the most user-friendly app
out there.

Might that be because some of the bugs have been closed?  slocate is
no longer there since it got pushed to updates, for example.

True.  If things are working properly, viewing bugzilla via the URL
above should show you the open bugs that need attention.
